We only ever run two jobs alongside each other, as from experience other building company’s stretch themselves too thin & the organisation & reliability becomes problematic.

Ryan will be managing one project & Andy will be managing the other project so we have complete control over the projects & make sure the highest standards are met.

Team members & workforce varies from project to project but generally speaking there are always two members of staff on each project as a minimum. In exceptional circumstances, some small jobs only require one member of staff.

At times, on large projects there can be up to eight members of staff, sometimes more.

Ever since A P Meredith & Son started, Andy & Ryan have used various subcontractors & many have not met the standards that we demand so subcontractors have not worked out, over the years we have vetted so many tradesmen & we have finally narrowed it down to two electrical companies we use & two plumbing companies we use who are both outstanding in their field.

We also work alongside another team throughout the year when the project is of great size & extra hands are needed.
